So the message about the danger of Electro-Magnetic Pulse (EMP) is indeed becoming known to the common [ insurance ] man, to echo a famous U.S. Supreme Court decision -- "I don't know how to define EMP, but I know it when I see it."
Does your company have General Liability, D&O, E&O and Business Interruption insurance to protect against EMP ?
